How delivery works

Delivery is automatic. You are not in the loop and there is nothing to send by hand.

• •The buyer is redirected to a thank-you page with their downloads as soon as the payment confirms.
• •They also receive an email with a download link for every file.
• •Links work for seven days, after which the buyer can request a new one from the expired-link page.
• •Links are revoked immediately if you refund the order or a dispute is opened.

If a buyer says the email never arrived, ask them to check spam first, then use the resend form on the download page — it works from the email address they paid with. You can also resend from the order in your dashboard.

Files are limited to 500 MB each on Starter and 2 GB on Pro, with 2 GB and 20 GB of total storage. If your product is bigger than that, sell a link to it inside a small PDF rather than trying to host it here.
