Cancel or downgrade

Cancel from Billing. If you are billed in dollars that opens Stripe’s portal; if you are billed in Argentine pesos you cancel the subscription from Subscriptions in your own MercadoPago account, and the Billing page says so. Either way your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

After that you drop to the free plan. Concretely:

• •Your storefront stays online at the same handle.
• •Your files, products, orders and customer list are kept, not deleted.
• •Selling switches off — buy buttons disable and published products stop being purchasable.
• •The page renders in the free plan’s look. Your paid design settings are stored and come back if you resubscribe.

A failed payment ends the same way: we downgrade rather than delete. Nothing is removed for non-payment.

Export your customers and leads as CSV before you go if you want them elsewhere. They are yours, and the export is one click on the Customers and Leads pages.
