Your storefront URL changes, since it is tied to whichever platform hosts it. What does not change is your payment account, your customer list and your files — you keep all three, because on Tuqui.store they were never ours to begin with. Export your customers as CSV before you leave anywhere.

Who handles sales tax and VAT?

You do. Because buyers pay your own payment account directly, you are the seller of record, which means tax obligations are yours — and if you sell through Stripe, Stripe Tax can automate most of it.
